Documented either way

Most labs show you the wins. We keep the rest too, on purpose. Every project on the index has a status, and two of the honest ones are evolved and paused: things that turned into something else, or that we set down for now.

Pasture is the clearest example. It was a local AI chat app for the iPhone. It did not ship. Working on it made one thing obvious: people do not want to chat with a model on their laptop, they want to reach the machine it runs on. That became Shio. Pasture has a page anyway, because the dead end is the reason the next thing exists.

The point

We write these to keep ourselves honest, and because the reasoning is often more useful than the result. If you want the occasional note when something ships, changes, or gets quietly shelved, the box below is the whole list.
